Bodywork helps you release restrictions (knots/tightness/adhesions) in the body which leads to greater movement and reduced pain. Myofascial Release uses gentle massage, stretching, and breathing techniques to ease the body into a pain free relaxed state. We focus our efforts on treating the cause of each patient’s problem in order to provide long-lasting pain relief and prevent future recurrence of pain. We ensure each patient receives “hands-on care” by providing adequate one-on-one time with their therapist during every treatment.

FAQ
Do I need a referral or prescription from a doctor?
According to New Jersey’s Direct Access law you can be seen by a physical therapist without needing a prescription or referral from a doctor. This is great because you can call us to make an appointment today.
Having quick and easy access to a physical therapist can make a difference between having a short-term (acute) ailment versus a long term (chronic) ailment.
I encourage you set up a complementary 15 minute phone consultation if you experienced an injury, are tired of dealing with pain that you thought would just go away or if you have an upcoming event that you don’t think you’ll be able to do without having to fight through pain/discomfort.

If you already have a referral from a medical doctor, we will be happy to coordinate care with your physician.
Do you take insurance?
We are out of network with insurance companies. We do this in order to serve each client the best that we can. Insurance companies dictate how we can treat. Each client is different and comes to us for different reasons and with different backgrounds. We are here for you, not for the insurance companies.
A superbill which includes details on treatment and payment will be provided upon request. This bill can then be submitted by physical therapy patients to their insurance companies for possible out of network re-imbursement.
What should I wear to my apt?
Loose fitting clothes that are comfortable and allow you to move.
I have trouble finding childcare-Can I still participate in treatment sessions?
We started this business in order to have more time to spend with our family. Many times children are the root of our issues (lifting, carrying, etc) so having your children present can aid in your evaluation. Our mission is to do better for families, which includes allowing accessibility to healthcare when it is necessary, not only when you are able to find a babysitter.
How far will you travel?
We will travel to assist anyone within southern New Jersey. There will be no travel fees for treatment within 20 miles of Vineland, NJ. Beyond the specified treatment area a small travel fee will be discussed.
Can I book an appointment right away?
We recommend that you set up a complementarity 15 min phone conference with the physical therapist. During this call we will get to know you and see if we can help you prior to your visit. If during the call we feel as though physical therapy will benefit you, we will go over the details of your first visit, what to expect, and how we can help you.

How and when do I pay for my appointment?
Cash or Check will be accepted prior to each treatment session.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us adequate time to schedule another patient in your time slot. Less than 24 hour notice you will be billed at the full price of the visit. We do take into consideration exceptions for sudden illness or emergencies. Also, reminder email and text messages are a courtesy. Should we fail to give, or should you fail to receive a reminder, you are still responsible for paying a cancellation fee if you fail to arrive for your appointment or give 24 hours notice prior to cancellation.
